The Virtual Sustainability Manager position is tailored specific to your market position and your operating parameters. My position will be contract based, with the targets, responsibilities, time and effort all agreed in advance. Typically, it takes 3 months to establish a blueprint for change and a further 3 months to implement 20% of the changes that make 80% of the difference.
